  • Job Overview
  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental clinic by managing patient inquiries, appointments, and administrative tasks.
  • Duties
  • Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments using Dentrix and Modento software
  • Maintain electronic health records and ensure accurate coding for billing purposes
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and provide necessary information
  • Assist with insurance verification and claims processing
  • Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently
  • Coordinate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow
  • Perform general office management tasks to support the clinic's operations
  • Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist or Medical Receptionist in a dental clinic setting preferred, but not required.
  • Familiarity with dental office management practices and terminology preferred
  • Requirements
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Proficiency in computerized systems for scheduling and record keeping
