Responsibilities Using the organization's objectives and philosophies as a guide; coordinates and monitors the general supervision, planning, direction and evaluation of all aspects of the organization's provider nursing/clinical activities. Develops and implements policies and procedures and monitors the daily operations and activities of the organization's provider nursing/clinical functions to ensure the delivery of quality patient care. Accountable for all phases of education and training of the provider nursing/clinical staff as it pertains to the delivery of care within the organization's health care continuum. Qualifications
REQUIRED
Minimum of a Bachelors degree in a healthcare related field. Minimum of 5 years of Clinical or Ancillary experience in an inpatient or outpatient environment. Minimum of five (5) years of progressive leadership experience with a focus on education, regulatory compliance, department leadership, related nursing systems and/or patient safety systems. Current CPR certification
