Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for the role of Health Services Coordinator in our skilled nursing neighborhood. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining adequate supplies and par levels for daily operations, maintaining budgetary compliance, tracking charges and validating them prior to billing. Reviews, compiles, and maintains resident electronic health records and any paper medical records according to all State, Federal, local, and company requirements. Requirements The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Certification in medical records and/or medical coding (preferred) Minimum of one year experience in medical billing Knowledge of medical terminology and coding Team members are eligible for a generous benefit package including health benefits (medical, prescription, dental and vision), flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability programs, 401(k) plan (with 4% company match after one year of employment), paid time off and holidays, and much more!
