Job Description
Position Summary The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing behavior analytic programs for individuals with behavioral, developmental, and learning needs. The BCBA conducts assessments, develops individualized treatment plans, supervises behavior technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), monitors client progress, and collaborates with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective service delivery. Key Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs), skills assessments, and other evaluations. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs). Analyze data and adjust treatment plans based on client progress and outcomes. Provide direct and indirect behavioral services to clients. Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs, behavior technicians, and other clinical staff. Ensure treatment plans align with ethical and professional standards established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. Conduct parent, caregiver, and staff training sessions. Collaborate with educators, therapists, physicians, and other professionals involved in client care. Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and treatment records. Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and quality assurance activities. Stay current with evidence-based practices and industry developments. Required Qualifications Master' s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Current BCBA certification. State licensure (if required by state regulations).
