Patient Care Coordinator - Part-Time PrideStaff is currently seeking a professional, personable, and highly organized Patient Care Coordinator for a confidential client located in the South Atlanta area . This is an excellent opportunity for someone with healthcare administrative or front-office experience who enjoys working directly with patients and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist patients in a professional and welcoming manner. Schedule and coordinate patient appointments. Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries. Monitor and respond to email and online communications. Assist patients with questions and next steps following appointments. Maintain accurate and organized administrative records. Perform general front-office and administrative duties. Assist with inventory, orders, and shipments as needed. Provide administrative support to the office team. Maintain a professional, clean, and organized reception area. Handle confidential information appropriately and maintain HIPAA compliance. Qualifications Previous administrative, receptionist, patient care coordination, or front-office experience preferred. Healthcare or professional office experience is a plus. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and general office technology. Comfortable learning scheduling and office management systems. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment. Dependable, punctual, and professional. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
