Job Description

Key Autism Services is seeking a dedicated Center Director (BCBA) to join our team in our Peachtree City location.
Pay:
$100-$105k + bonus
Role Overview:
The Center Director position is a mid-level leadership position under the direct supervision of the State Director. The Center Director provides leadership and support to the BCBAs and Behavior Technicians in the Center. In addition, the Center Director is responsible for maintaining and overseeing the quality of the ABA programming, implementation of center policies and procedures, and overall growth and success of the center.

What You'll Do:
Demonstrate and uphold the company's mission, beliefs, and vision in actions and language. Implement company policies and protocol in a timely and respectful manner. Provide leadership, training and mentorship for BCBAs and other Center staff during onboarding and beyond. Conduct supervision with BCBA's on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis dependent upon BCBA level. Ensure clinical quality and compliance through oversight of BCBA treatment plans, assessments, session notes and data collections. Oversee incident reports, including investigation and reporting of findings to the State Director. Establish and maintain a positive work culture and promote clear communication between departments. Assist in creation and implementation of clinical initiatives (as applicable). Ensure the clinical quality of all programming Services of BCBAs. Provide additional support and supervision of BTs supervised by BCBAs. Ensure highest quality of care is provided by BCBAs. Collaborate with staff in regards to implementation of organizational initiatives, services, and policies, as applicable. Enforce BCBA billable requirement and monitor utilization rate. Be available for emergency phone calls/texts/emails both during and outside of company hours. Conduct clinical hiring interviews for BCBAs. Attempt to resolve all client complaints and follow chain of command regarding complaints. Maintain supervisory hour requirements Oversee daily center operations including facility management and policy implementation Assist with clinic growth and driving new client intake through marketing and creative initiative
Requirements:
At least 3 years of BCBA experience Maintain BCBA certification Maintain LABA or other state licensure Obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist status
Clinical Engagement:
This role includes a minimum expectation of 15 billable hours per week , allowing the Center Director to remain actively involved in clinical care while providing leadership, mentorship, and operational oversight to the center.
