Position Overview The Primary Therapist will manage a caseload of clients within Atlas's PHP, IOP, and OP levels of care , providing comprehensive clinical services from admission through discharge . This role involves delivering high-quality individual, group, and family therapy while supporting clients through the addiction recovery process and addressing co-occurring mental health conditions. The therapist will work closely with the clinical team to ensure coordinated care, compliance with program standards, and effective treatment planning for each client. Key Responsibilities Manage an assigned caseload and oversee all phases of treatment from admission through discharge Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions based on each client's treatment plan and level of care Facilitate psychoeducation on addiction recovery, relapse prevention, and co-occurring mental health disorders Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans Monitor client progress and ensure documentation and charts remain accurate, complete, and compliant Participate in weekly clinical team meetings and monthly staff meetings Collaborate with the clinical team on treatment planning and discharge planning Support clients in maintaining compliance with program expectations and recovery goals Attend clinical supervision with the Clinical Director or designated supervisor Maintain an outside clinical supervisor if working toward full licensure Perform additional clinical or program duties as needed to support team operations This role reports directly to the Clinical Director . Minimum Education & Qualifications Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field Experience or training in addiction treatment and/or co-occurring mental health disorders Open to: Associate licensed clinicians Fully licensed clinicians Accepted credentials may include:
