Part-Time Clinical Manager (Assisted Living)

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Manager with a strong background in assisted living operations to oversee resident care, compliance, and clinical documentation. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role responsible for ensuring care delivery meets state regulations while maintaining high-quality resident outcomes. Assisted Living experience is required. Memory Care experience is a strong plus. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and update individualized resident care plans Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation Monitor and track resident care, changes in condition, and service delivery Maintain compliance with Georgia assisted living regulations Conduct assessments and reassessments of residents Training and support caregiving staff on care plans and proper documentation Coordinate with families, providers, and external partners Assist in audits, inspections, and regulatory readiness Required Qualifications Proven experience in Assisted Living (REQUIRED) Strong understanding of care planning, documentation, and compliance Knowledge of Georgia rules and regulations for assisted living communities Experience tracking care and resident needs effectively Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage clinical priorities Preferred Qualifications Experience in Memory Care Familiarity with ALIS or similar systems Background as LPN, RN, or experienced Clinical Coordinator Experience preparing for state surveys or audits What We're Looking For Someone who is organized, proactive, and accountable Strong clinical judgment and decision-making Comfortable balancing compliance + resident care quality A professional who can step in and immediately bring structure Why Join Us?
