Job Description

Dental Practice Growth Administrator Are you an organized, energetic dental professional ready to lead an office to the next level? We are looking for a Dental Practice Coordinator to be the driving force behind our vibrant clinic. In this dynamic role, you will manage our front office operations, step in to assist our doctor clinically when needed, and lead our practice's growth—earning exciting financial bonuses as we succeed together!
What You'll Do Lead Practice Growth:
Take the reins on driving clinic success and expanding our patient base (bonus incentives tied directly to our growth!).
Front Office Mastery:
Manage scheduling (Dentrix/Eaglesoft), handle multi-line phones, greet patients, and maintain seamless day-to-day operations.
Insurance & Billing:
Verify dental insurance, process claims, and handle accurate dental coding and billing.
Clinical Support:
Step into the back office to assist the doctor as needed.
Patient Care:
Assist with intake, explain treatment plans clearly, and ensure strict HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
What We Are Looking For Dental Office Experience:
Proven experience in a dental office environment is required. Prior clinical dental experience is a plus!
Tech-Savvy:
Familiarity with dental EHR software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, etc.) and Microsoft Office, proficient with computer skills.
Strong Communicator:
Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills (bilingual skills are a plus).
Detail-Oriented Multitasker:
Ability to balance front-desk administration with clinical assisting seamlessly. Why Join Us? $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
