Job Description

Some chiropractic practices manage symptoms. This one works to correct the underlying cause. If you want your work to mean something to the people you serve every day, this is worth reading. About the Practice This practice has been serving patients for over 20 years under a doctor with more than 30 years of experience. The specialty is Chiropractic BioPhysics (CBP), a highly specific, research-based technique that goes far beyond traditional chiropractic care. Patients come here because nothing else has worked, and many of them stay for life. The team is tight-knit, purpose-driven, and genuinely close with the people they care for. Patients treat the staff like family, and the feeling is mutual. What You'll Be Doing Manage the daily schedule: booking, confirming, and keeping appointments running on time Check patients in and out, collect payments, and keep account records accurate Follow up with patients who are due for appointments or falling behind on their care plan Answer phones and respond to patient questions in person and by email with warmth and clarity Handle intake documentation and ensure it is complete before the patient reaches the provider Support day-to-day operations and keep the front of house organized between patients What We're Looking For Someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and finds it energizing, not draining Strong attention to detail: you catch errors before they become problems Able to manage a busy, patient-facing environment without losing composure
Reliable:
you show up, follow through, and communicate when something comes up High standard of professionalism: you understand that how you show up reflects the practice Experience in a chiropractic, healthcare, dental, or customer-facing wellness setting is a strong plus Full-time availability for in-person work during set weekday hours Why This Role This is not a revolving-door front desk job.
