Job Description

Are you a visionary clinical leader ready to make a meaningful impact? New Hope Village is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief of Clinical and ICF Services to join our executive leadership team. This essential role provides strategic and operational oversight for our Intermediate Care Facility for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ICF.ID) and ensures excellence in care across our campus. About the Role The Chief of Clinical and ICF Services is responsible for all aspects of the ICF.ID facility license, ensuring compliance, quality care, and continuous improvement.
This leader will oversee:
Nursing Department Therapies Department Residential Programs Day Programs for campus clients This is an executive-level position that plays a pivotal role in shaping organizational culture, elevating quality standards, and driving innovation in care delivery. Key Responsibilities Ensure full compliance with ICF.ID regulations and licensing requirements Provide leadership and direction to multidisciplinary clinical teams Champion high-quality, person-centered care across all programs Lead quality improvement initiatives and foster a culture of excellence Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and operations Develop and implement policies that enhance clinical outcomes and client satisfaction Registered Nurse (RN) required; advanced clinical degree preferred Demonstrated clinical experience in healthcare or human services Proven leadership experience, ideally in an ICF.ID or similar setting Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and quality improvement practices Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills Apply Today Take the next step in your leadership career and help shape the future of care at New Hope Village.
