Nursing Supervisor - Surgery & Infusion

WinnMed is seeking a Nursing Supervisor for the Surgery & Infusion Department (formerly Same Day Services). This role blends clinical leadership with direct patient care, allowing you to guide nursing practice while remaining actively involved at the bedside. The Surgery & Infusion department provides comprehensive services including chemotherapy and infusion therapies, care for patients undergoing colonoscopies and same-day procedures, and much more. The Nursing Supervisor is a registered professional nurse responsible for coordinating daily department operations while delivering high-quality, individualized patient care. Using the nursing process, this role supports patients across the lifespan—from infants to geriatrics—while ensuring safe, effective care that addresses both physical and psychological needs. This position reports to the Director of Surgical Services and oversees approximately 13 Surgery & Infusion staff members. Position is full time, Monday - Friday, day hours. 1.0 FTE, Salaried exempt.
