Job Description:
Full Time No weekends no Holidays Clinic leadership position available in our Ft. Dodge Clinic. Involves and empowers staff to meet strategic, organizational, department and individual performance goals through coaching/mentoring staff. Acts as a liaison between hospital facility departments and clinic staff. Maintains rural health standards. Provides supervisory and managerial direction to staff in all capacities. Creates and maintains clinic staff and provider schedules. Knowledge of hospital-wide safety and infection control policies and procedures. Ability to analyze, understand rules and regulations as they apply to Iowa Specialty Clinic operations.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in leadership or clinical experience preferred RN/LPN certificate or Current Iowa Registered Nursing License Quality experience or certification preferred BLS (Or 6 months from Hire)
