Executive Director Opportunity Description SimiTree Talent Solutions is a leading search firm for the Behavioral / Mental Health industry. Our client is looking for a full-time, on-site Executive Director for a high acuity Psychiatric & Substance Abuse inpatient facility in the Grinnell, Iowa area. Executive Director Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. Three to five years of senior management experience required. Strong ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and manage time effectively. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and hold teams accountable for high-quality clinical services. Executive Director Job Responsibilities Manage facility operations, the operating budget, payroll review, purchasing, census reporting, and expense controls. Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, safety, infection-control, medication-management, and HR requirements. Oversee staffing, employee training, competency reviews, performance improvement, and recruitment activities. Maintain a safe, well-functioning facility by overseeing vendors, repairs, technology, emergency preparedness, and incident follow-up.
