RN We are dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare services to our community. We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced registered nurse to join our team as a Clinical Director. As a Director, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the clinical operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality home health patient care. Responsibilities- Manage all clinical activities and programs in accordance with regulatory standards, including guidelines.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the clinical staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Oversee medical management processes and collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and maintain quality assurance standards.
- Able to also do admit and recertification visits as needed while hospice patient load grows. Skills
- Proven experience in managing clinical operations.
- Strong understanding of principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team leadership.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
