Patient Care Coordinator

ABOUT THIS ROLE

The Patient Care Coordinator is one of the most important seats in our clinic. You're the person who confirms tomorrow's schedule, manages today's lead inquiries, and gives every patient a smooth, warm experience at checkout. The doctor you support sees the patient; you are the reason the patient comes back. This is not a generic front-desk job. We've built a clear role with defined responsibilities and KPIs, weekly scorecards, monthly 1:1s with your manager, and a growth track that opens additional clinical skills over your first six months. YOU ARE A STRONG FIT IF YOU

Are detail-oriented and rarely drop things Have strong situational awareness — you read a room, anticipate what's next, and adjust without being told Communicate clearly on the phone, by text, and in person Are eager to learn — chiropractic, functional health, our patient flow, our tools Stay flexible when the schedule pivots on short notice Have strong computer skills and pick up new software quickly Can prioritize, war-plan your day, and stay organized when it gets busy Can stay engaged and present for patient-facing hours and training without checking out Have worked in restaurant, retail, customer service, or healthcare before — bonus if you've handled cash, scheduling, or fast-paced phone work

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

Patient check-out, payments, re-scheduling Confirmation calls for tomorrow's appointments Recall calls (3-day follow-ups) Facebook and radio lead handling Schedule integrity 2 days out File scanning and patient tracker maintenance In-person review asks at checkout Backup front-desk support when needed You will be measured weekly on Day 1 Show Rate, Kept Visit Average, Lead Show Rate, and 1st Care Plan Completion. We'll teach you what these mean and how to influence them.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Starting pay: $20.00/hour Complimentary chiropractic care for you and your immediate family Wellness labs at cost; wellness/nutrition services at 50% off Complimentary Fuel Fitness membership IRA match (optional) up to 3% per year Tenure-based PTO (3 days at 6 months, 10 days at year 1, 15 days at year 3, 20 days at year 5+) Clear growth track with additional clinical responsibilities at 180 days
