We are a busy and growing Optometry practice. No experience is required but always a bonus. Our Admin team crosses into some insurance training too. Looking for a candidate that is great at customer service, computer skills, organization, time management, critical thinking, and ability to multitask. Only full time positions available (M-F, 40 hr/wk). Must be able to work rotating locations in Eagle, Meridian, and soon to be Star.

Job duties would include:

Checking in patients Scheduling Multiline phone system as well as online portals for patient communication Working with and understanding of medical and vison insurance Working with records, referrals, and faxes Medical triaging Inventory Team tasks Dispensing contact lenses Future cross training ability across some or all departments Benefits available: Health and Dental insurance Aflac Vision exam coverage and employee discount PTO/ Vacation/ Holiday pay 401k with matching If you are looking for a place to grow in a new field or have prior experience we would love to see you apply.
