Stewards of Recovery is seeking a full-time or part-time Counselor to join our team. We are looking for a compassionate, motivated, and clinically skilled professional who is licensed in Idaho and has experience providing substance use and/or mental health treatment . We are a small, community-focused agency that has served Idaho for more than 10 years. Primary responsibilities include:

Conducting clinical assessments Providing individual therapy Facilitating group therapy Providing couples and family therapy Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans Completing clinical documentation in a timely manner Collaborating with clients, families, and community partners Performing other clinical duties as needed Our Mission At Stewards of Recovery, our mission is to help individuals engage in and sustain long-term recovery from addiction and mental health challenges through community partnerships, advocacy, and patient-centered care. Minimum Qualifications Applicants must:

Hold an active Idaho license as an LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LPC, or LCPC Have experience in substance use treatment and/or mental health therapy Be comfortable working with diverse populations Be familiar with electronic health record (EHR) systems Be able to complete required clinical documentation within 72 hours Compensation Starting salary is $60,000-$80,000 annually , depending on: Clinical experience Independent licensure status Specialized certifications in substance use treatment and/or trauma Qualifications and experience

Hiring Bonus:
