We are seeking a compassionate, motivated clinician to join our team. Applicant will uniquely function as a Counselor and Clinical Program Director. You will oversee all the day-to-day operations of the clinic and staff. This will include hiring and training staff, overseeing programs and developing both current and new programs, ensuring regulations on a state and federal level are being followed properly, and continually maintaining client and staff satisfaction. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, focused, and has a clear understanding of what it takes to run a successful treatment program. Responsibilities Responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations for the clinic, including services delivered, safety regulations, and current and future programs Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state and agency standards Coordinate with case managers, medical staff, and community partners Participate in clinical supervision and team meetings Provide assistance to clients across every stage of care, including outpatient services, intensive outpatient programs (IOP), partial hospitalization programs (PHP), and more. Ensure proper record keeping and compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures Recruit new staff and ensure current staff are up to date on current training procedures Provide strong leadership to the clinic and staff to ensure a clear vision moving forward Qualifications Previous experience as a Clinical Program Director is preferred The required licensing/certification to perform this role Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field Current Idaho licensure (LCSW, LPC, LCPC, or associate-level with supervision provided) Experience in SUD treatment or co-occurring disorders preferred Strong knowledge of motivational interviewing and evidence-based practices The ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and prioritize based on current and changing needs The ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Exceptional team building and interpersonal skills are essential for this role
