Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Residential Care Administrator to lead our team in Twin Falls, ID. In this role you will oversee daily operations, ensure the highest standards of resident care, and foster a supportive environment for both our seniors and our staff. We are looking for a dedicated and hands-on Administrator to lead our home-like community.
What You Will Do:
Lead & Inspire:
Advocate for residents, families, and staff while fostering a strong team environment.
Hire & Train:
Participate actively in the recruitment process, set clear expectations, and train staff in quality care standards and techniques.
Ensure Compliance:
Maintain and ensure adherence to company and state regulations.
Manage Schedules:
Fully responsible for creating and managing staff schedules.
Develop & Maintain Care Plans:
Create and update detailed care plans for residents to ensure they receive the best care.
Budget Management:
Oversee budget and financial performance, ensuring the community operates within its financial means.
Quality Assurance:
Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to ensure the highest standards of care are met.
Family & Community Relations:
Build and maintain positive relationships with residents' families and the broader community.

Experience:
Healthcare supervisory experience in senior care.

Proven ability to lead and inspire a diverse team.
