Job Description
Responsible for managing all aspects of the practice's operations, including but not limited to front office functions and staff, oversight of clinical staff and scheduling, patient flow, patient satisfaction, resource allocation, etc. The Practice Administrator is the leader of his/her practice and is responsible for not only daily operations but for identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to the practice, assisting in strategic planning and marketing initiatives and serving as the point person for all internal and external customers.
