Main duties of the job About You You are a qualified clinician registered with the NMC, HCPC, or GPhC, with significant leadership and operational experience. You excel in managing clinical services, leading teams through change, and ensuring excellence in patient care. Your proactive approach, strong communication skills, and commitment to continuous improvement set you apart. This key leadership role combines clinical expertise with operational management. You will provide professional support and supervision to multidisciplinary teams, ensuring safe, effective and compassionate care. You will contribute to service development, clinical governance, quality improvement and workforce development, helping to shape services that meet the needs of patients and communities.
