About CRCC For over 50 years, CRCC has served as a comprehensive community mental health center dedicated to improving the lives of those we support. We meet the community's unique mental health needs with a full continuum of care—from prevention to treatment to recovery. We offer mental health services for individuals beginning at age 4 and continuing across all stages of life. Our primary service area includes Ford County—Paxton, Gibson City, Cabery, Elliott, Roberts, Melvin, and Piper City—and we also support clients from neighboring counties. CRCC is located about one half-hour north of Champaign, IL. Looking For CRCC is looking for a highly motivated individual with clinical as well as administrative skills. Must enjoy working in a collaborative environment. Our staff enjoy a 35-hour work week with schedule flexibility. Responsibilities Supervise and guide clinical staff in delivering client care Monitor and evaluate the quality and effectiveness of client care services through analysis of stakeholder feedback, program data and client outcomes. Ensure compliance with mental health documentation standards and regulatory requirements for program services and clinical documentation. Provide training and mentorship to clinical team members Assist in understanding diagnostic information and procedures Member of agency leadership team Committee chair for utilization review, ensuring records are compliant state law and accreditation requirements Provide orientation and training to all new clinical staff Provide community education and presentations. Represent CRCC at interagency meetings and engage in community partnerships. Qualifications Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with at least 3 years of clinical work experience Proficiency in documentation and records management Proficiency and certification in IM+CANS integrated assessment and treatment plan. Strong understanding of client care principles and practices Knowledge of Illinois Mental Health and Disability Code, Illinois Administrative Codes 132 and 140, HIPAA regulations, and compliance requirements Proficiency with Illinois Medicaid requirements Proficiency with
DSM-5 TR

Pay:
$65,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
