Patient Care Scheduling Coordinator New Dental Practice Opening in
Hoffman Estates Our Vision:

Position Overview We are seeking a Patient Care & Marketing Coordinator to help launch and grow our new dental practice in Hoffman Estates. This position combines traditional front office responsibilities with marketing and community outreach. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, outgoing, and excited about helping grow a new business. You will be one of the first people our patients meet and will play a key role in creating an exceptional patient experience while helping introduce our practice to the community. Responsibilities Patient Care & Administrative Support Welcome patients and create a positive first impression Answer phones and schedule appointments Verify insurance benefits Assist patients with financial arrangements and payment options Manage recall and reactivation efforts Confirm appointments and maintain an organized schedule Support daily office operations Marketing & Community Outreach Assist with social media content and online engagement Help coordinate community events and sponsorships Build relationships with local businesses and organizations Support patient referral and retention programs Assist with marketing campaigns and patient communications Help grow awareness of our new practice within the community What We're Looking For Positive and professional attitude Excellent communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable talking with patients and building relationships Self-motivated and dependable Creative mindset with an interest in marketing and community involvement Dental experience preferred but not required Experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, or marketing is a plus What Success Looks Like Patients feel welcomed and cared for from their first interaction Strong patient retention and scheduling systems Growth in new patient referrals and community awareness Positive relationships with patients, businesses, and community partners A team member who takes ownership and contributes to the success of the practice Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Bonus opportunities Career growth and development opportunities Supportive and team-focused culture Opportunity to help build a brand-new practice from the ground up Why Join Us?
