The Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and visionary Clinical Director to lead our clinical team. You will oversee all daily clinical operations, help develop cutting-edge treatment programs, ensure the highest standards of patient care and manage utilization by maximizing patient access, ensuring appropriate levels of care, and maintaining high operational efficiency. Core responsibilities include communicating daily with clinical teams to ensure every bed is used effectively as well as auditing clinical documentation to ensure accurate reimbursement and care continuity. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will directly impact both client recovery and staff development, work closely with our Director of Business Development and have an active presence in the community. Qualifications:
Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling. Active, unrestricted clinical license (e.g., LCSW or LCPC) in Illinois. Minimum of 10 years of experience in substance abuse treatment/mental health related field. At least 5 years of management or supervisory experience in a substance abuse treatment/mental health related field. Strong knowledge of ASAM criteria and evidence-based addiction therapies. Experience and knowledge related to DHS and CARF Accreditation Surveys Experience with Electronic Health Records, KIPU preferred
Pay:
$80,000.00 - $92,000.00 per year
