  • 5:00 PM | Friday, 8:00 AM
  • 3:00
PM Travel Required:
Regular travel between all four office locations. Chicago Dental Implants, Oral & Facial Surgery (CDI) is seeking an experienced and motivated Office Manager to oversee operations across multiple locations. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who enjoys being actively involved in the day-to-day success of a practice while supporting and developing a strong team. What You'll Do Oversee daily operations across four office locations Travel between offices to provide operational support and ensure consistency Lead, coach, and support front office and treatment coordination teams Assist with staffing, scheduling, and team accountability Step in to help during high-volume periods or staffing shortages Monitor production, scheduling efficiency, and case acceptance goals Address patient concerns and help create an exceptional patient experience Partner with team members to maintain smooth and efficient office operations What We're Looking For Previous experience as an Office Manager, Treatment Coordinator, Front Desk Lead, or similar leadership role in a dental, oral surgery, or healthcare setting Strong leadership and team-building skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Comfortable balancing management responsibilities with hands-on support when needed Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Willingness to travel regularly between locations Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Experience with WinOMS is a plus Benefits Competitive compensation with bonus opportunities 401(k) Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays Medical, Dental, and Life Insurance Opportunity to grow with a well-established oral surgery organization If you're a strong leader who enjoys supporting teams, driving results, and making an impact across multiple locations, we'd love to hear from you!
