Job Description

Job Overview We seek an experienced QMHP-CS Supervisor to oversee our Qualified Mental Health Professionals team, providing case management services to patients and their families. The successful candidate will provide leadership, guidance, and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. The QMHP-CS Supervisor will be responsible for supervising, mentoring, and evaluating the performance of QMHP-CS staff, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies. Key Responsibilities 1.
Staff Supervision and Development:
Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of QMHP-CS staff, providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure high-quality service delivery. 2.
Program Oversight:
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, organizational policies, and evidence-based practices, providing guidance and support to QMHP-CS staff as needed. 3.
Clinical Operations:
Oversee the delivery of case management services, ensuring that patients and their families receive comprehensive, coordinated care. 4.
Quality Improvement:
Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided by QMHP-CS staff, identifying areas for improvement and implementing quality improvement initiatives. 5.
Community Outreach and Engagement:
To ensure seamless care coordination and promote the organization's services, foster relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders. 6.
Budgeting and Resource Management:
Manage budget and resources allocated to the QMHP-CS program, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal service delivery. 7.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, organizational policies, and industry standards, identifying and mitigating risks associated with the QMHP-CS program.
Collaboration:
Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
Caseload:
The Supervisor will carry a small caseload, which may increase for a short duration to cover vacations, staffing shortages, and as needed.
NON-ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs other duties as assigned. Ability to work independently and be self-directed and flexible. Ability to perform functions with minimal supervision. Ability to work at a high-volume level of accuracy.
Requirements:
1. A bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, human services, or a related field. 2.
QMHP Certification:
Or eligible for certification. 3.
Supervisory experience:
At least 2 years of experience supervising mental health professionals. 4.
Strong clinical and leadership skills:
Proven ability to provide high-quality clinical supervision and leadership. 5. CPI and CPR within 60 days of hire. 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 7. Strong organizational and time management abilities. 8. Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure. 9. Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic health records. 10. Valid driver's license/insurance and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Master's degree: In psychology, social work, human services, or a related field. 2. QMHP Certification 3. Experience working with diverse populations and communities. 4. Knowledge of community resources and services. 5. Familiarity with care management software and technology. 6. Bilingual or multilingual skills.
Working Conditions:

Job Type:

$54,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
