We prioritize internal growth and cross-training What You Will Do (Clinical & Administrative) In this dual-function role, you will be trained to manage both the clinical diagnostic process and the patient's journey through our office:

Clinical Diagnostics:

Operate advanced medical equipment to perform retinal imaging, visual acuity testing, auto-refraction, and peripheral vision mapping.

Patient Coordination:

Manage the check-in/out process, answer phones, schedule appointments, and navigate medical/vision insurance information.

Medical Records:

Maintain precise documentation and coordinate communication between patients and our doctors.

Cross-Training:

Support various areas of the office to ensure a seamless patient experience.

You pick up new software and medical technology quickly and with ease.

Detail-Oriented:

Qualifications Education:

High school diploma or equivalent (Required); some college preferred.

Experience:
