Full Job Description 730 North Optometry is a high-tech, patient-centered practice seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team. We are looking for a "quick study"—someone who is intellectually curious, technologically savvy, and eager to build a career in healthcare. No prior medical or eye care experience is necessary. We provide comprehensive, hands-on clinical training for the right candidate. This is an ideal role for someone looking for a professional environment that values high-level organization and technical proficiency. We prioritize internal growth and cross-training What You Will Do (Clinical & Administrative) In this dual-function role, you will be trained to manage both the clinical diagnostic process and the patient's journey through our office:Clinical Diagnostics:
Operate advanced medical equipment to perform retinal imaging, visual acuity testing, auto-refraction, and peripheral vision mapping.Patient Coordination:
Manage the check-in/out process, answer phones, schedule appointments, and navigate medical/vision insurance information.Medical Records:
Maintain precise documentation and coordinate communication between patients and our doctors.Cross-Training:
Support various areas of the office to ensure a seamless patient experience.Who You Are Technically Minded:
You pick up new software and medical technology quickly and with ease.Detail-Oriented:
