This position plays a key role in supporting daily clinic operations and helping ensure an exceptional patient experience. Candidate must be comfortable serving as an ambassador for Reign-Bow Treatment Center by helping build relationships with referral sources, community organizations, and healthcare professionals throughout the region. This position is designed to become the clinic's command leader. The ideal candidate is someone who takes ownership, solves problems independently, leads by example, and can successfully manage daily clinic operations when ownership is not present. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines healthcare operations, patient care coordination, staff management, and clinical support. Responsibilities Oversee daily clinic operations and patient flow Manage patient scheduling, confirmations, and follow-up communications Coordinate staff schedules and clinic coverage Assist with interviewing, onboarding, and training new team members Ensure excellent patient and family experiences Perform qEEG setup and data acquisition following training Administer TMS treatments following training and established protocols Maintain accurate treatment documentation Monitor clinic supplies, equipment, and inventory Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality Open and close the clinic independently Provide operational coverage during staff absences Support occasional Saturday qEEG clinics Assist ownership with process improvement and clinic growth initiatives Assist in developing and maintaining professional relationships with healthcare providers, therapy practices, schools, behavioral health organizations, and community partners Represent Reign-Bow Treatment Center professionally within the community Support referral outreach initiatives and relationship-building efforts with physicians, therapists, psychologists, pediatricians, and other healthcare professionals Help identify opportunities for strategic partnerships that increase patient access and clinic growth Qualifications Previous experience managing a medical office, healthcare practice, behavioral health clinic, therapy clinic, chiropractic office, pediatric practice, or similar healthcare setting Strong leadership and organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working with children, adolescents, and families Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Comfortable learning qEEG brain mapping and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) procedures Preferred Qualifications Experience supervising employees Experience with healthcare scheduling and patient coordination Experience with EMR/EHR systems Experience in behavioral health, neurology, psychology, or pediatric healthcare settings Experience training or mentoring staff Existing professional relationships within healthcare, behavioral health, pediatric, therapy, autism, neurology, mental health, or related healthcare communities Experience supporting physician outreach, referral development, business development, or community engagement initiatives Strong networking and relationship-building skills Why Join Reign-Bow Treatment Center?
