Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Healthcare Office Manager, where your leadership and organizational skills will drive the smooth operation of our medical practice. In this vital role, you will oversee daily administrative functions, manage healthcare staff, ensure compliance with health regulations, and enhance patient experience. Your expertise in medical office management and fiscal oversight will help create an efficient, compliant, and patient-centered environment that fosters growth and excellence. Responsibilities Lead and supervise healthcare administrative staff, including receptionists, medical assistants, and billing personnel, fostering a collaborative team environment. Oversee clinic operations, ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations such as
HIPAA, JCAHO
standards, and state/federal policies. Manage financial aspects of the practice through budgeting, medical billing, revenue cycle management, and financial reporting using EMR/EHR systems like Eaglesoft or Dentrix. Coordinate patient management activities including appointment scheduling, patient records maintenance, and ensuring accurate documentation of medical records. Oversee compliance with health regulation policies and manage utilization review processes to optimize patient care delivery. Supervise human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development initiatives. Maintain proficiency in medical terminology, electronic health records (EHR), medical billing software, and office management tools like Microsoft Office to streamline daily operations. Skills Extensive experience in healthcare management with a strong background in medical office or clinic administration. Proven supervisory skills with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams effectively in fast-paced environments. Deep knowledge of healthcare regulations including HIPAA compliance and JCAHO accreditation standards. Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems such as Eaglesoft or Dentrix for managing patient records and billing processes. Strong fiscal management capabilities including budgeting, financial reporting, and revenue cycle oversight. Excellent managerial communication skills to coordinate between staff, providers, patients, and external partners. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical billing procedures, managed care practices, and hospital or acute care settings. Ability to implement practice management strategies that improve efficiency while maintaining high-quality patient care standards. Pay:
$60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
