Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and strategic Regional Hospitality Manager to lead and elevate our hospitality operations across multiple locations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the performance of various hospitality venues, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and sustainable growth. Your leadership will drive business development initiatives, optimize processes, and foster a vibrant team environment. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the overall performance of regional hospitality venues, aligning with company goals. Lead, motivate, and supervise multiple teams across locations to ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety. Oversee profit and loss statements, ensuring financial targets are met through effective cost control and revenue growth strategies. Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, building partnerships, and expanding market presence. Manage project timelines for renovations, new openings, or process improvements to ensure timely and within-budget execution. Continuously analyze operational data to identify areas for process improvement, efficiency gains, and enhanced guest satisfaction. Foster a culture of leadership, accountability, and innovation within your teams to promote a positive work environment and high employee engagement. Qualifications Proven management experience in the hospitality industry with a strong background in supervising teams across multiple locations. Demonstrated success in strategic planning and executing business development initiatives that drive revenue growth. Solid understanding of profit & loss management, budgeting, and financial analysis. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams and cultivate a collaborative workplace culture. Experience in project management with a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency. Strong sales acumen with the ability to identify opportunities for expansion and increased profitability. Exceptional communication skills with the capacity to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Pay:
$68,746.55 - $76,770.04 per year
