Reporting to the Executive Director for Well-being and Recreation, the Director serves as the subject-matter expert, advising on advancing system-level changes and embedding well-being into institutional structures that align with university priorities for student success, employee thriving, and inclusive excellence. The Director leads the design, implementation, and evaluation of innovative, evidence-informed programs, policies, and initiatives that address individual, community, and environmental determinants of health.
