As a Clinic Director and Investing Partner at Ivy, you'll oversee all clinic operations, support clinical and non-clinical team members, and care for patients through individualized treatment plans, while building equity in your clinic and providing exceptional patient care to your community. You'll play a central role in building trust with local medical professionals, guiding community outreach, and helping your clinic run smoothly. You'll open and grow a brand-new practice with Ivy's established business systems, and direct guidance from experienced clinic leaders. Pediatric Clinic Director & Investing Partner (PT, OT, or SLP License Required) Build something of your own without having to build it alone. As a Clinic Director and Investing Partner, you'll help shape a new clinic from the ground up—from the community and location to the team, culture, and patient experience. You'll bring the clinical vision and local relationships. Ivy Health will bring the infrastructure, expertise , and support needed to turn that vision into a sustainable clinic.

this clinic does not exist yet and would be considered a start-up clinic. How Ivy supports the build Salary and benefits during the approved pre-opening period. De novo business and leadership training. Site selection , lease, design, and build-out support. Recruiting and onboarding support for the clinic team. Marketing, referral development, and community-launch support. Operational, financial, technology, payer, and revenue-cycle infrastructure. Coaching from leaders and partners who've opened clinics before. What you'll lead Deliver care within your licensed discipline and set the clinical standard for the clinic. Help choose the market, location, service mix, and patient experience. Recruit, develop, and lead the clinic team. Build relationships with referral partners and the community. Use business and clinical information to guide responsible growth. Position Qualifications:

You must be a graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program. Proof of current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist in respective state required as there is a treating component to this opportunity. Previous pediatric therapy experience highly preferred . Compensation Range:

$84,513.00 - $ 126,770.00 per year . This position is also eligible for: bonus / equity / student loan repayment / relocation assistance . The compensation range listed reflects the good faith estimate of pay this organization reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and work location. This range applies to the base salary or hourly rate only and does not include bonuses, benefits, or other forms of compensation that may be offered .
