You'll be the first person our patients interact with, meaning you're basically the voice of the brand and the MVP behind keeping our schedule full and our patients happy. If you're organized, love helping people, and can juggle multiple conversations without breaking a sweat, keep reading. What You'll Be Doing Answering calls and making patients feel welcomed from the very first "hello." Scheduling appointments like a pro and helping patients find times that work for them. Following up with patients who are due for cleanings, treatment, or have fallen off the radar. Responding to texts, voicemails, and online appointment requests. Filling the schedule and helping the practice grow. Working closely with the clinical and front office teams to create a seamless patient experience. What We're Looking For Positive energy and great communication skills. Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people. Strong multitasking abilities. Detail-oriented but not afraid to move fast. Comfortable with technology and learning new software. Dental experience is awesome but a great attitude is even better. Bonus Points If You Have social media experience. Have worked in customer service, hospitality, sales, or a call center. Love checking things off a to-do list. Know how to handle difficult conversations with empathy and confidence. Success Looks Like Patients actually answer your calls. The schedule stays full. New patients book and show up. Patients hang up thinking, "Wow, that was easy." The team can't imagine the office without you.
