Healthcare is seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Analytics & Technology to lead data strategy, reporting, and technology initiatives across our growing healthcare organization. This role will focus on turning operational and clinical data into actionable insights while helping optimize systems and processes across multiple skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and management of organizational analytics, dashboards, and reporting. Translate operational, clinical, and financial data into actionable insights for leadership. Oversee data integrity, reporting accuracy, and analytics infrastructure. Partner with executive leadership to support strategic decision-making and performance improvement. Identify and implement technology solutions that improve efficiency and reporting capabilities. Collaborate with clinical, finance, HR, and operations teams to standardize data and reporting. Lead the development of predictive and performance analytics to support operational and financial forecasting. Identify data trends, risks, and opportunities to improve efficiency, quality outcomes, and financial performance. Oversee the design and automation of recurring reports for executive leadership and facility teams. Collaborate with IT and vendors to implement and enhance analytics platforms, data systems, and reporting tools. Establish standardized metrics and KPIs to measure performance across facilities and departments.
