CQI Director (82937) Hybrid • IL Regional Office - Springfield, IL 62794-9277 Apply Overview Position Type Full-Time Job Shift Day Education Level Bachelor's Degree Travel Percentage Up to 50% Category Administrative & Clerical Apply Description Candidates must reside in Illinois and live a commutable distance to travel to our Illinois facilities often. Salary up to $110k (depending on experience) Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive services to the Illinois Department of Corrections. We are currently seeking a Full-time Director of CQI to join our Regional Office team in Springfield, Illinois. Based out of the regional office, the Statewide CQI Director oversees organization for all statewide correctional facilities within a state. This person is responsible for a broad range of administrative tasks related to healthcare services in all facilities across the state. The SW CQI Director coordinates administrative needs with all facility administrative personnel and coordinates appointments and transfers amongst the facilities across the state system. Qualifications RN license strongly preferred. Bachelor's degree or higher in Health Sciences, Social Science, Program Management, Public Administration or related field Experience in quality improvement and quality assurance which includes evaluating the quality of services, identifying problems and needs and recommending corrective action and improvements to ensure compliance with applicable laws, policies, procedures and standards Experience with process improvement methodologies and systematic improvements highly desired. Experience in ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards for behavioral health care delivery Experience in developing policies or procedures At least two years' leadership experience overseeing/coordinating the work of a multidisciplinary team Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check We offer excellent compensation and comprehensive benefits for our full-time team members including: Health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance 401(k) with company match Generous paid time off Paid holidays Flexible Spending Account Continuing Education benefits Much more...
