Job Description
Collaborating for Kids, LLC has expanded our ABA clinic and will be adding an additional BCBA/BCaBA to our current team. This position is responsible for providing a wide variety of clinical strategies to ensure the effective implementation of ABA therapy. The right candidate will have the knowledge and education to conduct and complete evaluations, design individual programs, develop behavior intervention plans, create targets/goals, analyze data, and direct ancillary staff in the delivery of the individualized client programs. Qualifications include board certification, HIPAA compliance, proficiency in organization, problem solving, effective communication, time management, ability to multi-task, and experience in staff management.
