The Ambulatory Surgery Center Administrator will oversee the daily operations of a busy surgery center featuring 2 Operating Rooms and 1 Procedure Room. This leader will partner closely with physicians to ensure outstanding clinical quality, regulatory compliance, and an exceptional patient experience. The ASC Administrator will also lead quality improvement initiatives, oversee staffing, and identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency while supporting continued service line growth.

Reporting directly to the VP, the Surgery Center Administrator will provide leadership for both the clinical and business operations of the center. Success in this role requires strong financial acumen, including experience managing operating budgets, monitoring financial performance, and achieving organizational goals. The Administrator will collaborate with physicians, governing board members, and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals while fostering a positive, team-oriented culture built on accountability and excellence.
