We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Director to join our growing behavioral health team and help lead programs that truly make a difference. This role is more than just supervision and oversight — it's an opportunity to shape clinical culture, empower staff, and provide guidance to youth and families navigating complex emotional, behavioral, and life challenges. As Clinical Director, you'll oversee treatment services, support and develop clinical staff, guide treatment planning, and help ensure high-quality care across programs. The ideal candidate is both an experienced clinician and a people-focused leader who can build strong relationships with staff, families, and community partners alike. What You'll Do Lead and support a multidisciplinary clinical team through mentorship, coaching, and supervision Provide clinical oversight for treatment planning, case reviews, and service delivery Support staff development through training, feedback, and ongoing professional guidance Assist with crisis intervention and help navigate complex client situations Foster a positive, collaborative, and mission-driven team environment Ensure documentation and clinical records are accurate and compliant Partner with leadership to support program growth, operational goals, and quality improvement initiatives Build strong relationships with referral sources and community providers What We're Looking For Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field Active clinical licensure required (LPC, LCSW, LMSW, or equivalent) At least 3 years of experience in behavioral health or social services Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred Experience working with youth, families, trauma, substance use, or foster care populations strongly preferred Strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to lead with empathy and accountability Why Join Us?
