Overview Responsible for daily operations of an assigned nursing unit to include quality improvement, financial performance and patient satisfaction. Responsibilities

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

(•Essential Functions) Assumes responsibility for productivity and budgetary requirements. Ensures patient satisfaction by supervising and evaluating the caliber of treatment and care of the patient. Manages staff to ensure quality clinical outcome measures. Provides clinical oversight to assigned patient population to include staff's competency and assignments. Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Thorough knowledge of clinical assessment and medical equipment. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Excellent oral and written communication skills and critical thinking skills. Ability to multi-task. Ability to lead and direct the work of others. Ability to provide a positive attitude and support the organization and work with team members. Must be courteous, kind, compassionate and caring.

EDUCATION

Bachelors Nursing Required 4 Healthcare/Medical -

Nurse:

Staff Required Licensed Registered Nurse Certified Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation
