We offer adults and children—both uninsured and insured—integrated care through our community mental health center and federally qualified health center. Regional Health Systems is a member of the Regional Care Group .
Position:
Program Supervisor -
Crisis Care Unit Position Purpose:
Supervises the staff and operations of the Crisis Unit. Ensure quality of care, compliance with program standards. Provide operational and clinical guidance. Ensure compliance with accrediting agencies and with policies and procedures. To supervise a clinical department, including program planning service, program evaluation and clinical and administrative supervision of staff. Must have experience in crisis work. Responsible for marketing the program, keeping census current and ensuring quality of care and developing relationships with community stakeholders. This position may also provide direct clinical services and other duties as assigned.
Essential Functions:
Referral, Liaison, Marketing functions Intake Interviewing Assessment Individual Therapy Group Therapy Family Therapy Case Coordinator Risk Assessments Crisis Intervention Billing documentation Ensure all employees complete clinical documentation timely and accurately Administrative tasks (hire, evaluate, discipline, terminate, employee relations)
Financial/Productivity:
maximize staff productivity and reimbursement for services; minimize expenses Handling client complaints Other duties as assigned

Full Benefits Salary:
$26.27 to $34.81 (depending on experience)
