Physician Practice Network Manager Locations:

Munster & East Chicago Specialties :
Occupational Health, Wound, Podiatry, Ortho Position Summary:
Under the direction of the Director of Physician Practices & Recruitment, manages the overall operations of said service line specialty. Ensures patient and employee satisfaction as well as maximizes the financial performance of service line specialty.
Education/Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or GED equivalent required College degree required in related field
OR 5 - 8
years of previous management/supervisory experience in a medical setting required. 2 - 5 years of previous management/supervisory experience in a medical setting required (with college degree in related field). Previous successful supervisory experience of at least 10 or more employees Must exhibit strong leadership qualities, great communication skills, and excellent organizational and time management traits. Excellent verbal and written communication; excellent problem-solving abilities. Ability to multitask efficiently and effectively Must be able to act calmly and effectively in a busy or stressful situation Excellent attitude, interpersonal skills, and communication abilities necessary to interact with patients, family members, physicians, and other hospital associates Must be able to manage effectively over multiple departments and facility locations. If working in clinical capacity, must maintain required licensure/certification including active CPR certification
