Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Director to lead our behavioral health and mental health services. Responsibilities Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to licensed clinicians, therapists, and support staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and professional standards. Oversee clinical program development, implementation, and evaluation to enhance service quality and patient outcomes. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning using evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and trauma-informed care. Lead crisis management efforts, including crisis intervention and crisis response planning, to ensure safety and stability for clients experiencing acute mental health or behavioral crises. Manage medical documentation, electronic health records (EHR/EHR), and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations for patient privacy and confidentiality. Collaborate with families, schools, community agencies, and healthcare providers to coordinate care plans tailored to individuals' needs—particularly children, adolescents, individuals with developmental disabilities or neurodevelopmental disorders, co-occurring disorders, or substance use challenges. Facilitate group therapy sessions, individual counseling, child & family counseling, and specialized programs such as PTSD care or addiction counseling. Ensure clinical team compliance with coding standards such as CPT (Current Procedural Terminology), ICD (International Classification of Diseases), ICD-9/10 coding for accurate billing and documentation. Participate in clinical research initiatives or data collection efforts aimed at improving treatment methodologies or outcomes. Qualifications Master's or Doctoral degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related mental health field; licensure required (e.g., LCSW, LPC, PhD). Proven experience working with children, adolescents, individuals with disabilities—including autism spectrum disorder (ASD)—and those with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. Demonstrated expertise in behavioral therapies such as

CBT, ABA

techniques, behavior management strategies, and psychotherapeutic interventions. Strong background in crisis management, crisis intervention protocols, and emergency response planning within a healthcare setting. Experience supervising clinical teams; ability to provide effective mentorship and foster professional growth. Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems for medical records management; knowledge of medical terminology relevant to mental health care. Excellent client communication skills; ability to work effectively with families from diverse cultural backgrounds while maintaining sensitivity to individual needs. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations ensuring confidentiality of patient information; experience managing medical documentation accurately for billing purposes using CPT coding standards.
