Warsaw Chiropractic & Wellness Center is looking for a New Patient Coordinator / Clinical Support Assistant to help welcome new patients and guide them through their first steps toward better health. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, likes a fast-paced environment, and wants hands-on experience in a healthcare setting. Responsibilities Be one of the first people new patients meet and help create a confident, professional first impression. Assist with new patient consultations and help keep the office moving smoothly. Receive hands-on training to take and annotate chiropractic X-rays. Support patient scheduling, communication, and follow-up. Help with office flow, organization, and clinical support tasks. Work directly with doctors and team members to help patients get the care they need. Skills Proven experience in a medical office or dental office setting with strong knowledge of healthcare procedures and protocols Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) or Electronic Health Records (EHR) management systems Solid understanding of health regulation policies, privacy laws, and insurance processes Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong knowledge of medical terminology to accurately interpret patient information and clinical notes Experience providing medical administrative support including scheduling, data entry, and document management Ability to communicate effectively with diverse patient populations and healthcare professionals Join us in making a difference by providing outstanding support that enhances patient experiences while ensuring smooth clinic operations.
