Operating across our front desk, phone center, and checkout team, this role is essential to our daily operations and patient flow. Serve as the friendly, knowledgeable voice of the practice. Schedule appointments, answer patient inquiries, and navigate complex scheduling or patient concerns by looking for positive opportunities even in difficult situations.Checkout & Continuity of Care:
Guide patients through the checkout process with clarity and care. Process payments, schedule follow-up visits, and ensure all questions are answered, actively working to develop lasting relationships with our community.Administrative Excellence:
Maintain accurate patient records, verify insurance benefits, and prepare patient charts. Pursue excellence in these tasks while utilizing the latest practice technology to improve outcomes and efficiency.Team Collaboration:

Qualifications Previous experience in a customer service, hospitality, or medical office setting is preferred, but we will develop the right ambitious candidate. Great verbal communication skills that can be felt and not just heard. Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask across phones, computers, and in-person interactions.
