Oversee the procurement, storage, and distribution of medical supplies, implants, and equipment, ensuring the facility has the critical materials needed while minimizing costs, tracking inventory, managing vendor contracts, and regulation compliance. Experience with building and utilizing an ERP system for inventory control and vendor management. Advanced interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with hospital management, physicians, and department managers. Ability to effectively create and maintain positive relationships with vendors. This is a working manager role with daily duties that include generating purchase orders, receiving supplies, verifying orders, stocking shelves and distributing supplies. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a healthcare-related field is preferred. Professional credentials such as CMRP or CSCP are strong assets. Three to five years of relevant experience strongly preferred.
