We have locations in Newton, Hesston, West Wichita and Andover. We treat everyone and everything from infants, sports injuries, workers comp, auto accidents, to geriatrics. We have a very upbeat, family friendly atmosphere, take pride in what we do, and are looking for someone who matches that. The goal of our team is to focus on each patient as an individual to ensure that we are meeting their clinical needs and creating a fun and dynamic healing environment. Each employee's dedication is essential to meet and exceed the needs of each patient and family we serve. As a PCC, you will be doing a variety of functions and be an advocate for the patient.
Some main duties are:
greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, checking in new patients, date entry, collecting co-pays, hooking patients up to ESTIM, general cleaning duties around the clinic, daily copying, filing and scanning, insurance verification and authorization to name a few. Working as a team everyday with the therapists.
The job requirements are:
good at multi-tasking, attention to detail, GREAT TEAM PLAYER, understanding, friendly, likes to have fun, warm smile, showing up to work on time, ability to effectively communicate information to internal and external parties, great problem solver, understands and handles direction well, customer service and adaptability to handle day to day challenges.
