Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Manager of Clinic Operations manages and coordinate activities within all clinics. In addition, the manager provides oversight and assistance to the supervisors and coordinators of the clinics they supervise. Manager of Clinic Operations is responsible for the recommendation, development, process improvement, and implementation of policies and procedures within the clinics and for keeping the Clinic Medical Director or Chief Medical Officer, and Executive Director of Clinic Operations informed of both progress and potential problems. Responsible for the direction and evaluation of patient care delivery, maintaining operational aspects of the clinics, achieving clinic goals, as well as working in collaboration with other service areas. Provide oversight to daily operations of the clinics. Ensures standards of patient care through QA monitors working closely with the quality improvement Coordinator. Understands and works toward meeting current regulatory standards of RHC, and OSHA standards. Assist in leading the clinic to achieve strategic goals of Amberwell Health System. Responsible for assisting with on-going performance evaluation, guidance, and development of personnel. Assist supervisors in ensuring smooth daily operations and standardizing process across the clinics. Ensures all clinic are performing in conjunction with RHC standards. Responsible for cost-effective programs. Identifies problems and communicates solutions to appropriate personnel. Keeps open communication with other Clinic Operations Managers and Executive Director of Clinic Operations. Provides opportunities for growth and development of clinic staff. Leads and attends staff meetings, huddles and performs rounding at all clinics Assist Clinic Managers and Nurse managers with problem solving and process improvement needs across all clinics. Ensures appropriate staffing and FTE's at all clinics. Leads Service Line Quarterly meetings Provides Monthly reporting on clinic statistics

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:
Minimum Required Experience:
Experience in the clinic setting with strong oral and written communication skills.
Preferred Experience:
2-5 years' experience working in a clinic leadership position.

Completion of an accredited bachelor's program in health care related or business related degree
