Job Summary:

The Receptionist/Operator is responsible for answering telephones, greeting patients, preparing necessary paperwork, scheduling appointments, and other clerical duties as required. You must have the ability to promote positive customer service.

Successful Candidate:

Possess great communication skills Be accurate and detail oriented Show consideration for and maintain good relations with others Be self-motivated High school graduate or GED required Have minimum one-year experience in customer service setting, preferably in a health care setting with experience with office equipment Bilingual Presferred At NRH, we want to ensure your needs are met.
