seeking a Healthcare Office Manager in the Lenexa, KS area Full Time. Full Benefits. UP to 65k, Plus Bonuses. Salary Based on experience

MUST HAVE HEALTHCARE MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE

Responsible for the day-to-day management of company operations. Will exercise management principles to ensure profitability, control assets and communicate company objectives to staff. Drive sales numbers where applicable. If you are a motivated individual with experience Managing and leading a team and excellent organizational skills, we would love to hear from you! Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the location, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support Managing day to day operations involving Medical Equipment. Customer Service, Inventory, Shipping & Receiving, Equipment and Delivery Set Ups and more.. Ensures that all required documentation are procured in a timely and efficient manner Develops a customer service team including customer service representatives, patient technicians, medical clinicians and other staff whose goal is to enhance customer service Runs morning meetings and reviews action items from meetings on a regular basis
